These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through Sage In You Coaching Corp. By purchasing, booking, or participating in any session, package, or program, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of Services
Sage In You Coaching Corp provides professional coaching services designed to support reflection, clarity, values alignment, decision-making, and intentional action.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, mental health treatment, crisis support, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, employment advice, HR advice, regulatory advice, or compliance advice.
If you require therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or another regulated professional service, you are responsible for obtaining support from an appropriately qualified provider.
2. Independent Capacity
All services are provided solely through Sage In You Coaching Corp and in the Coach’s personal capacity.
These services are independent from the Coach’s employment and are not offered on behalf of, through, or in association with any employer, affiliate, bank, corporate entity, client organization, or other professional role the Coach may hold.
Nothing on this website or in any coaching service should be interpreted as legal, regulatory, banking, risk, compliance, HR, investment, or employment advice, or as a representation of any employer’s views, policies, or positions.
3. Booking and Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
No session, package, or program place is secured until payment has been successfully processed.
Bookings, package purchases, intake forms, contracts, and related client administration may be handled through third-party platforms such as Paperbell. By completing a purchase or booking through such platforms, the client agrees to the applicable service terms, booking policies, and related documents made available at the time of purchase.
If a payment plan is offered, the client remains responsible for the full agreed amount. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access, materials, or future sessions until the account is brought current.
If manual payment is accepted, including e-Transfer, the same payment, refund, cancellation, and expiry terms apply.
4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Late cancellations, missed sessions, no-shows, or materially late arrivals may be forfeited without refund or credit.
5. Expiry
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer, all one-time sessions, packages, and program credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
This includes the Sage Compass™: the session must be booked within six months of purchase and must take place within 30 days of booking. A session booked within that time may take place after it.
Unused sessions, credits, or program access expire after that period and are forfeited without refund.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Payments are non-refundable, including in cases of:
- missed sessions
- change of mind
- scheduling conflicts
- partial participation
- failure to complete required preparation materials
- failure to use purchased sessions or program access
- early withdrawal by the client
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions waives any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
7. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks except in the event of genuine unauthorized use of their payment method.
8. Preparation and Participation
Except as set out for the Sage Compass™ below, failure to complete required preparation materials may limit the depth or usefulness of the session and does not entitle the client to a refund, reschedule, or extension unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Sage Compass™ includes a workbook, a 90-minute session and a written report. After purchase, the workbook is available in your client portal. You must book your session within six months of the date of purchase, and the session must take place within 30 days of the date you book it. The session requires your completed workbook, uploaded through your client portal at least 48 hours before the session. If I have not received it by then, the session will be rescheduled once, at no charge, to the next available time within 30 days. Any further rescheduling is subject to the rescheduling terms above. If you have not booked your session within six months, the session expires without refund, as set out in the Expiry section. I post your written report in your client portal within 10 working days of your session.
Clients are expected to participate in good faith, communicate respectfully, and take responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and follow-through.
9. Communication Boundaries
Unless otherwise stated in writing, coaching sessions take place by Zoom.
Email is for scheduling and brief logistics only. Support between sessions, text support, voice notes, and unscheduled calls are not included unless expressly stated as part of a specific offer.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Sage In You Coaching Corp, including worksheets, guides, frameworks, recordings, recaps, workbooks, written reports, and program content, remain the intellectual property of Sage In You Coaching Corp.
These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, taught, redistributed, repackaged, recorded, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
11. Confidentiality and Privacy
Client information is treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to legal process or risk of serious harm.
Personal information may be collected, used, and stored as reasonably necessary for service delivery, administration, payment processing, scheduling, recordkeeping, and legal compliance.
Information may be processed using third-party platforms such as booking systems, including Paperbell, payment processors, form tools, email systems, cloud storage providers, or video platforms.
For the Sage Compass™, I use your completed workbook and our session to prepare your written report. Within 60 days of posting your report, I delete your workbook, your report and my session notes. I may keep learnings with all identifying details removed. I keep payment and booking records for as long as the law requires.
If you use an AI assistant with your answers, that is your choice and your tool’s terms apply. I do not see your conversations unless you share them.

12. Group Programs and Shared Spaces
If a client participates in a group program, workshop, community space, chat group, forum, or other shared environment, they are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, spam, solicitation, disruption, or sharing another participant’s confidential information without permission is not permitted.
Participants may be asked to respect confidentiality, but confidentiality in group settings cannot be guaranteed.
13. No Guarantees
Sage In You Coaching Corp makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
Coaching may create clarity, insight, awareness, direction, or momentum, but results depend on the client’s choices, participation, context, and follow-through.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage In You Coaching Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of income, profits, business opportunity, emotional distress, or other losses arising out of or related to coaching services.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
16. Additional Agreement
Purchases, bookings, and participation in services may also be governed by the applicable Master Coaching Services Agreement and any specific offer details provided at the time of purchase.

17. Digital Products
The Sage Signal™ and other downloadable workbooks are digital products delivered through your client portal. Access is for the purchaser only, for personal, non-commercial use, and the files may not be copied, shared or resold. Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download is available, subject to any rights you have under applicable law. The workbook is a self-guided reflection tool. It is not therapy, a clinical assessment or a diagnosis. Answers you enter stay in your own file, and I do not receive them unless you choose to send them. Some features need free software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
