When something in a successful life keeps asking for your attention.

A guided self-coaching workbook to help you understand what keeps returning, before you decide what it means or what to do about it.

Self-guided. About 45–60 minutes. Not therapy.

Nothing may be obviously wrong.

You may still be doing well. There may be work you’re proud of, people you care about, responsibilities you chose, and much about your life you genuinely value.

But something keeps coming back: a question, a frustration, a sense of heaviness, or the thought: I don’t want the next few years to feel exactly like this.

A signal is data, not a directive.

Something asking for your attention doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong, or that you need to change everything. Before deciding what it means, first understand what is actually happening.

Notice first. Decide later.

In about 45–60 minutes, move from a vague sense that something feels off to a clearer read on what deserves your attention.

Ready to examine what keeps returning?

This is more than a set of reflection prompts. You’ll use structured tools to help you:

  • map where the signal is showing up
  • separate evidence from interpretation
  • test whether you are seeing pressure or a recurring pattern
  • identify what is still working and worth protecting
  • clarify the question that deserves a closer look

You’ll finish with a one-page summary: your signal, where it shows up, what the evidence suggests, what you don’t yet know, what you want to protect, and the question you’re carrying forward.

Then, if you want, test it for seven days. The optional 7-Day Signal Watch helps you notice when the signal appears, when it doesn’t, and what seems to make it stronger or quieter, before you draw bigger conclusions.

No. It’s a guided self-reflection workbook. It isn’t therapy, a clinical assessment or a diagnosis. If you’re experiencing significant distress, please contact a qualified professional.

If your signal feels persistent or broad, the Sage Compass™ goes deeper, with a private session and a written report. A Sage Session suits one specific decision.

If something keeps returning, The Sage Signal™ gives you a structured way to examine it before deciding what it means, or what to do next.

About 45–60 minutes. Self-guided. No coaching session required.
